Class Description

This class will cover basic set up and practical skills of SMAW, shielded metal arc welding, aka “stick.” You will learn metal shop basics including an intro to the angle grinder and other power tools.

Please wear long pants, long sleeves, and boots.

Bobby Walker is a an AWS certified welder with 5 years experience in the trade and 2 years teaching. His goal is to create an inviting, stress free environment where anyone can learn certified welding practice.
